FJ Distributors is open for customers to order from Monday – Friday from 9am to 5:30pm (Eastern Time)

We are closed Saturdays and Sundays but orders can still be placed online or through our email (orders@fjdistributors.com) and they will be processed the next business day.

You can place your order at anytime through our online store. It is easy, convenient and secure. All orders submitted will be processed the same day or the very next business day. All orders are shipped the same day or the very next business day if all parts are in stock. In case of any item not in stock we will communicate with the customer via email or phone. We ship all orders out with Delivery confirmation which is used as tracking / proof of mailing.

FJ Distributors sell on Ebay under the seller name of “fjtomei”. All of our ebay sales/auctions are identified as being from us (FJ Distributors) in the listings. All ebay sales are to be processed through the Ebay checkout. Please be aware that due to Ebay fees or other fees that may apply, prices might be different on Ebay versus our online store. We also post specials that are available only through Ebay on special occasions.

Prices / Precios:

Prices of all merchandise does not include shipping & Handling charges or any other taxes that may apply unless otherwise advertised as free shipping. All Puerto Rico residents add a 7% sales tax (6% state tax + 1% Municipal tax) to the total of your order. The tax is applied only to the total of parts ordered before adding any shipping cost (if any). This tax is required to be charged by the local laws.

Los precios de la mercancía no incluyen cargos de envío y manejo o cualquier otro tax que sea requerido a menos que este especificado como “free shipping” (envío gratis). Todo residente de Puerto Rico añada 7% de impuesto (6% estatal + 1% municipal) por venta y uso. El impuesto sera aplicado al total de la compra en mercancía antes de incluir cualquier cargo de envío o entrega. Este impuesto es mandatorio cobrarlo segun las leyes locales.

All orders must be paid in full before they are shipped out or delivered. We only do C.O.D. (Cash on delivery) for local sales and only on products delivered by us, not the Postal service.

At the moment we only accept these forms of payment:

-Paypal Payments (Only from Verified / Confirmed address)

-Credit Card payments (Only Through Paypal at this moment)

-Personal checks, payable to FJ Distributors. (All returned checks are subject to a US $25.00 charge)

Toda orden debe ser pagada en su totalidad antes de ser enviada o entregada. Solo hacemos COD en ordenes locales entregadas por FJ distributors, no por la oficina de correos.

Shipping & Handling / Envío y Manejo:

USA orders:

USPS Priority (2-3 business days)

USPS Express Mail (Overnight to most areas)

UPS or Fed Ex (contact us for a shipping quote)

International orders:

USPS International Priority (6-10 business days to most countries)

USPS Express Mail International (5-6 Business days to most countries)

We prefer USPS shipping for all orders because it has proved to be reliable and cheap but if you need any other shipping carrier service we can do it too as long as the customer covers all shipping charges.

All orders will only ship to Paypal Confirmed address. No exceptions. We do it this way to protect your account from fraudulent use as well as to protect us from future claims that might happen in the case someone uses your account without permission (Identity theft).

If you do not have a Paypal account or your Paypal account is unverified/Unconfirmed then we suggest that you use any of the other payment methods available or that you contact us directly. If we receive a payment from an unconfirmed / unverified Paypal account we will proceed to refuse the payment and cancel the order. We will notify the customer via email or by phone.

All orders ship out once all funds are cleared (Checks, Credit Card payments, E-checks etc..). Please be aware that some payment methods (like checks) take longer to clear so any orders might be on hold until all funds have cleared.

FJ Distributors will not be held responsible in any way for any damaged, lost items during shipping or shipping delays. That is the carriers resposability, not ours.

All orders are shipped out without any insurance. It is the buyer responsibility to add and ask for shipping insurance for their merchandise. If any item is damaged during shipping and the customer did not add insurance then there is nothing we can do. Please protect your investment by adding shipping insurance, its your right. To add insurance to your package please contact us.

Preferimos usar el servicio Postal de Estados Unidos (USPS) porque es económico y seguro pero si usted prefiere otro tipo de servicio podemos hacer el envío siempre y cuando el cliente cubra todos los cargos de envío y manejo.

Todas las órdenes serán enviadas únicamente a la dirección confirmada de Paypal. No hay ecepciones. Lo hacemos de esta manera para proteger su cuenta y el uso fraudulento de la misma o el robo de identidad.

Si usted no tiene una cuenta de Paypal o su cuenta de Paypal no tiene una dirección confirmada entonces le sugerimos que use otro método de pago disponible o contáctenos directamente. FJ Distributors no aceptará ningún pago sin confirmar. Si usted paga desde una cuenta de Paypal sin confirmar nosotros procederemos a enviar el pago de vuelta y a cancelar la orden. Notificaremos al cliente por correo electrónico o por teléfono.

Toda orden sera enviada una vez el pago sea cobrado por el banco, no antes. Le recordamos que algunos métodos de pago, como los cheques, tardan de 3-4 días laborables en ser cobrados/verificados por el banco. Las órdenes seran retenidas hasta que todo el proceso de verificación sea competado.

FJ Distributors no se hace responsable por ningún atraso en entregas, paquetes perdidos o rotos por la oficina de correos o compañia de entregas independientes ya que eso esta fuera de nuestro control. Esta es la responsabilidad del correo y no de nosotros. Por Favor proteja su inversion añadiendo un seguro a su paquete. Para añadir seguro a su paquete contáctenos.

Todas las órdenes se envian sin ningún tipo de seguro. Es responsabilidad del cliente preguntar y añadir seguro al paquete. Si algun paquete es roto durante el envío y el cliente no añadió seguro entonces no hay nada que nosotros podamos hacer por usted. Por favor proteja su aquete, es su derecho.

Returns / Devoluciones:

Returns are available only 14 calendar days from the date of your receipt. Merchandise must be in box, unused and on its original sealable packaging.

Absolutely no returns on merchandise that shows sign of being installed, opened, scratched. It is the builders responsibility to verify that the parts are correct and of the right measure/size before installing. Most products have sizing numbers engraved on the part or box label, please verify that you have the correct one before opening. We cannot be responsible for parts ordered for the wrong application. Please contact us before sending back any merchandise. Returning an item does not guarantees you the right of a refund until we have inspected that all the parts meet all of our return policies.

We inspect all orders carefully before shipping to ensure the exactness of your order. However mistakes can happen.

If  we ship out an incorrect part we will make it up to the customer at our expense. Customer is responsible of shipping back the wrong item and we will refund any shipping charges you incurred  due to our mistake. Please contact us before sending the item back so that we can direct you in what shipping service you should send the item back to us.

Original Shipping charges are non refundable.

Paypal fees are non refundable as well as any Ebay selling fees we pay to pos up the item.(in case of a purchase through ebay)

A 10% re stocking fee will be charged on all orders in case of returns. This fee will cover any fees that we still have to pay, such as Credit Card selling fees, Paypal fees or Ebay fees. The 10% re stocking fee will be applied to the original merchandise amount (Excluding Shipping charges which are non refundable anyways).

Example:

You bought a set of pistons & rings for $125 + 8.95 shipping and you return it.

This is the run down of a refund:

Total of order: ($125 + $8.95 shipping) = $133.95 total

10% Re stocking fee : $125 X 10% = $12.50

$133.95 (total order) – $8.95(shipping) – $12.50 (re stocking fee) =  $112.50 total of your refund

No returns or exchanges on electronic products, including gauges, fuel controllers, boost controller, or any other electronic device. These are sold as is, and only carry the manufacturers warranty.

Refunds will be issued via Paypal to the same account the money came from. In case payment was through other payment method then we will issue a Company check out, Bank wire transfer, Money order with the amount of the refund all at the discretion of FJ Distributors.

Exchange of merchandise is allowed. Same policy as return applies and items must be in box, original packing, unused and without any damage. Exchange has to be for the same amount or more otherwise a “return” will be issued and the return policy will apply (re stocking fee applies).

Devolución de mercancía es aceptado solamente durante los primeros 14 días a partir de la fecha del recibo de compra. Toda mercancía devuelta debe venir en su empaque original, sin abrir y sin usar.

No habrá devolución de dinero en mercancía que parezca que fue usada, instalada, rayada o abierta. Es la responsabilidad de su mecánico inspeccionar que las piezas sean las correctas y de las medidas exactas antes de instalar o abrir los paquetes. Usualmente las piezas traen fuera de la caja una estampilla con la información de tamaño/medida. También la pieza usualmente tiene estampado la medida de la misma la cual se puede leer antes de abrir el paquete.

Inspeccionamos todas las órdenes cuidadosamente antes de ser enviadas para asegurar la exactitud de la misma. Sin embargo, los errores pueden ocurrir. Si nosotros enviamos una mercancía que este incorrecta FJ Distributors hara lo máximo por resolver el problema a nuestro costo. El cliente es responsable de enviar la mercancía incorrecta de vuelta y FJ Distributors rembolsará al cliente el gasto de envío incurrido debido a nuestro error. Por favor contáctenos antes de enviar cualquier mercancía de regreso para indicarle el método de envío que debe usar.

Cargos originales de envío no son rembolsables.

Cargos de Paypal no son rembolsables asi como cualquier cargo de Ebay que FJ Distributors paga a Ebay para enlistar sus productos para venta en esa página de subastas.

Se cobrara un cargo de 10% a toda orden por concepto de mercancía repuesta al inventario. El mismo cubre diferentes cargos que FJ Distributors tiene que pagar, como por ejemplo cargos de tarjetas de creditos, cargos de Paypal y cargos de manejo y tiempo. Este cargo sera aplicado al total del valor de la mercancía excluyendo los cargos de envío y manejo (Que no son rembolsables).

Ejemplo:

Usted hace una compra de Pistones y anillos por $125 +$ 8.95 cargos de envío y usted los devuelve.

Esta sería la transaction de la devolución:

Total de la orden: ($125 + $8.95 envío) = $133.95 total

10% Cargo de repuesto al inventario : $125 X 10% = $12.50

$133.95 (total orden) – $8.95(envío) – $12.50 (repuesto al inventario) =  $112.50 total de su devolución.

Order Cancellations / Ordenes Canceladas:

Please be 100% sure of what you want to order before you order. We cannot have customers changing their mind constantly and changing orders or placing orders “just for fun”. Because of this and because every change cost us time that we could be using with other customers, there is a 10% cancellation fee policy if the order has not shipped. If the order has already departed then the Return policy will apply.

For Special order items such as:

Valvetrain components / Packages (that ship from a USA warehouse and not straight from us).

Custom Forged Rods

Custom Piston orders

Any other item that is marked as Special order.

For any of these items, if the part has been produced and its ready to ship and there is a cancellation then there will be a 15% cancellation fee if the item price is between $1 to $350 and a 20% cancellation fee if the items price is above $351 dollars.

If the item is special order but we have it in stock (sometimes we do stock “special order” items to have them available for local customers) and it is shipping from our store then the cancellation fee will be the regular 10%.

Este totalmente seguro de la mercancía que desea ordenar. No podemos tener clientes que cambien de parcer continuamente o que hagan órdenes por “pasar el rato”. Debido a esto y porque cada cambio nos toma tiempo que pudiéramos invertir con otros clientes, se cobrará un cargo de 10% por concepto de cancelación de una orden siempre y cuando la misma no se haya enviado. Si la orden ya se envio al correo entonces aplicara la política de devolución de mercancía.

En órdenes especiales tales como:

Productos KMS, Paquetes de esprines/retainers/válvulas racing etc.. (Estos productos se envían directo desde los Estados Unidos no directo desde nuestra tienda)

Bielas forjadas Especiales

Pistones Especiales

Cualquier otro producto marcado como “Special order” (orden especial)

Para cualquiera de estos productos, si el mismo ya ha sido producido y esta listo para enviarse y hay una cancelación, se cobrara un cargo de 15% si el precio del producto esta entre $1 a $350 dólares o un 20% si el precio del producto es mayor de $351 dólares.

Si el producto es orden especial pero lo tenemos en inventario (aveces tenemos en inventario algunos productos especiales para nuestros clientes locales) y se está enviando desde nuestra tienda entonces el cargo de cancelación será de un 10%.

Refused Shipments / Paquetes devueltos por la oficina de correos:

It is the customers responsability to provide us with the correct shipping address and phone number in order for us to ship the items correctly. If an item is undeliverable and it is returned to us for whatever reason (you were not there, you didn’t pick it up at the post office, you sent it to a ghost address etc..) we will not ship the item back untill shipping charges are paid again . Shiping charges works for just 1 round trip..if the item returns to us we have to pay(and that means you have to pay) shipping charges again. We will not initiate any claims with the carrier, that is your responsibility to question the carriers work, specially on uninsured shipmens.

El cliente tiene la responsabilidad de proveernos las direcciones de envío y teléfonos correctos para que FJ Distributors pueda enviar la mercancía correctamente. Si un paquete es devuelto a nosotros por la oficina de correos o compañia de envíos independiente (UPS o Fed Ex) por cualquier motivo (usted no estaba presente al momento de la entrega, usted no recojió el paquete en el tiempo señalado, usted dió una dirección incorrecta o fantasma) FJ Distributors no re enviará el paquete hasta que los cargos de envío sean pagados nuevamente. Los cargos de envío funcionan solamente para una sola vez ida y vuelta. Si el paquete retorna a nosotros entonces tenemos que volver a pagar el envio (por lo tanto usted también lo tiene que pagar). FJ Distributors no iniciará ningún tipo de reclamo con la compañia de envios, eso es responsabilidad de usted como cliente el cuestionar al correo, especialmente por paquetes sin seguro.

FJ Distributors offer a variety of products that are used to improve the performance of the engine. The rules and regulations regarding the use of some or all of these items may vary from state to state and/or city to city. FJ Distributors does not guarantee the legality of use or installation of any given items in your particular area. We strongly recommend that, before you buy from us, you check with your local law enforcement agency. Violation of any of your specific area/city laws may subject the owner and/or operator of the vehicle to a fine and/or penalty.
